The Shinto Saw-Rasp Blade is a special 10” flat rasp blade made from ten high quality hardened steel teeth saw blades held together by rivets. It is specially designed for the Shinto Rasp-Saw Planer See here. The rasp blade is double-sided which enables one to change the coarse & fine sides whenever needed. The teeth are specially designed to help prevent clogging & are oriented to cut on the push stroke. The rasp blade can be easily cleaned whenever the need arises as well. While the tool may seem odd to someone more used to traditional rasps, it works so well it will soon be one of your favorite tools! Great for fast stock removal on wood, plastics, fiberglass, & even soft metals. Suitable for any shaping task from rough to fine work. *Note Handle is not included.From the Manufacturer:
